Trust your gut. Something’s not right here.
This place just doesn’t feel like a safe or professional environment for dogs.
People drop off their pups in the morning, but from what I’ve seen, they’re often left alone for hours at a time. There’s no real routine, no visible effort to walk or engage with the dogs—it honestly feels like they’re just being kept in a house until pickup.
The yelling is hard to ignore. It’s not the kind of firm-but-loving dog training you’d hope for—it’s loud, aggressive, and honestly unsettling. I’ve even seen behavior toward dogs on the other side of the fence that made me really uncomfortable.

Tom is wonderful! My dog Samson, who is not friendly with men, goes to Tom's once a week for daycare and anytime he needs to be boarded. Samson is much more comfortable after spending time with Tom and his fur crew! Tom is flexible and reasonable priced. He will also give you tips to improve your pet's behavior.
Tom takes wonderful care of our 2 yo Akita mix who is filled with tons of energy! He sends photos and videos and has a site where you can see all of the photos and not just your dog. He is very organized and quite reasonably priced.
