I came all the way from Haines City and clearly told them I needed both hands and feet done. They did my feet, then told me to come back tomorrow for my nails — even after I explained I couldn’t. Unprofessional and disorganized. Don’t waste your time here.

I made it to the shop @5:58 pm. I set there a whole hour. I was told to find the acrylic they use on my nails. One lady who normally do my nails knows the acrylic I use but she was with another customer. The owner started yelling and told me to come back tomorrow cause her head hurts. After I set there a whole hour. I will never and mean never return there.

I absolutely hate this place. I've been coming here for years and the reason I keep going back is because I'm so used to it but every time I go it's always something. This lady always has an attitude like she's the one receiving the service. I was asking her a question and she flat out ignored me. I got my toes done and 5 hours later all the gems came off and she said that I was lying.
