Dr. Bao is welcoming everytime I come in, always smiles, brings warmth and great energy.
She is extremely professional and helps me with my adjustments everytime. Would recommend 10/10 !!
Since I've been coming here, the pain and discomfort I was previously experiencing in my back has pretty much gone away while at the same time I've been able to significantly increase the intensity in my workouts
I travel for work, and I have been able use multiple locations and it's worked out great, and I've had all good experiences with about five different chiropractors thus far
Dr.Bao took care of me most recently at the East Colonial location, and I literally felt so good walking out that I almost took a nap in the parking lot
This was my very first time seeing a chiropractor, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience than with Dr. Bao at The Joint Chiropractic! I was honestly a little nervous going in, but she immediately made me feel comfortable and at ease. She took the time to explain everything step by step, answered all my questions, and made sure I felt completely relaxed before starting.
The adjustment itself was incredible — I left feeling lighter, looser, and so much better overall. You can tell Dr. Bao genuinely cares about her patients and their comfort. She has such a warm, kind energy that makes the whole experience feel personal and positive.
