Crystal was recommended by another trusted hair stylist I've gone to for years, to get box braids for my teen daughter. I am so glad I booked with TheCrystalEffect, she is professional and extremely talented. It can be difficult to find good hair stylists, so when you find a gem- you stick with that gem. My daughter's box braids were beautiful, and considering how thick and long her hair is and the fact Crystal also detangled it as well- she's actually works pretty quickly, but does a fantastic job. What I love most about her service is that I don't feel uncomfortable while she's doing my hair. In detangling, braiding, everything, my scalp doesn't hurt. She's also really time efficient, and always finish my hair before the deadline. Lastly she's a cool person.
