I recently stopped in the store to purchase under the cabinet shelving with pull out drawers for my daughter’s new apartment. I hit the jackpot with getting help from Brenda. She was SOOO helpful, taking the time to show me options and problem solving with me to make sure I got exactly what I needed. She even waited patiently while I called my daughter several times to check on measurements. When she wasn’t sure about something, she wasn’t afraid to ask for help. She is the epitome of what good PR looks like and sets the bar high for what good customer service in a place of business should look like. Mel is absolutely amazing. I came in looking for a very particular container that is heat resistant and can hold my wife's hot curling iron, straightener, etc. Mel took me right over and showed me several great options both in store and online to help get me what I was looking for. She was very kind and knowledgeable. Container store better take good care of her, or I'll gladly poach her to come work for me!
