But I really enjoyed coming to the store for my other organizing needs. But I came in specifically to find a closet system that would work for my closet. It was so nice to be able to shop and see the prices upfront if I were to purchase the set up that i wanted. They were very kind in helping me pick out the color and hardware type I would like. I recently stopped in the store to purchase under the cabinet shelving with pull out drawers for my daughter’s new apartment. I hit the jackpot with getting help from Brenda. She was SOOO helpful, taking the time to show me options and problem solving with me to make sure I got exactly what I needed. She even waited patiently while I called my daughter several times to check on measurements. When she wasn’t sure about something, she wasn’t afraid to ask for help. Mel is absolutely amazing. I came in looking for a very particular container that is heat resistant and can hold my wife's hot curling iron, straightener, etc. Mel took me right over and showed me several great options both in store and online to help get me what I was looking for. She was very kind and knowledgeable. Container store better take good care of her, or I'll gladly poach her to come work for me!
