Where do I begin.. I moved into this apartment July,2023 first week I see a huge roach and just thought okay it's just one.. My whole time living here it was literally hell, the roaches are huge and they don't stop coming. I would not recommend this apartment and to make matters worse when you bring it to there attention or even try to move units they try and make you pay a $1,000 transfer fee or try to just bring pets control to shut you up but it's bigger than pest coming and spraying. This whole complex needs to be brought down because they have a huge roach problem.

Wonderful modern luxury living! Love my home and would highly recommend it to everyone! Safety and security, very helpful and timely maintenance team and fantastic customer service from office staff. Love calling The Arbors my home!

BULLET THROUGH WINDOW! This apartment complex is not what it seems. We moved in in February 2024. Since moving in we have experienced our "smart lock" randomly unlocking in the middle of the night, animals living in our walls, and a BULLET FLYING THROUGH OUR LIVING ROOM WINDOW. When contacting the leasing office regarding the bullet incident we were met with no sympathy or kindness. They constantly ignored our texts (the only way to contact them) after going in and practically BEGGING them to respond multiple times.
