Where do I begin.. I moved into this apartment July,2023 first week I see a huge roach and just thought okay it's just one.. My whole time living here it was literally hell, the roaches are huge and they don't stop coming. I would not recommend this apartment and to make matters worse when you bring it to there attention or even try to move units they try and make you pay a $1,000 transfer fee or try to just bring pets control to shut you up but it's bigger than pest coming and spraying. This whole complex needs to be brought down because they have a huge roach problem.

BULLET THROUGH WINDOW! This apartment complex is not what it seems. We moved in in February 2024. Since moving in we have experienced our "smart lock" randomly unlocking in the middle of the night, animals living in our walls, and a BULLET FLYING THROUGH OUR LIVING ROOM WINDOW. When contacting the leasing office regarding the bullet incident we were met with no sympathy or kindness. They constantly ignored our texts (the only way to contact them) after going in and practically BEGGING them to respond multiple times. Our window being fixed was constantly pushed back, being blamed on vendor no-shows, and they still have not fixed our blinds. They declined our request to release us from the lease reason being "the gunshot location is unknown" therefore no proof it was shot on property. After speaking with cops the bullet through our window was no surprise to them "considering all that happens in this complex." We learned about a tenant being shot on property in October of 2023 and multiple armed car robberies. With that all being said, we will be moving out (paying the fee of two months rent) after only 4 months of living here. We do not feel safe in our home, walking our dogs, or going in and out of our cars. THEY HAVE NOT NOTIFIED ANY TENANTS LIVING HERE OF OUR INCIDENT. They prefer to hide what happens here rather that notifying them to let them take proper safety precautions. MAITLAND POLICE DEPARTMENT SAID YOU CAN CALL THEM TO LEARN MORE ABOUT THIS PROPERTY. FUTURE AND CURRENT RESIDENTS BEWARE!
