Color great, hair texture nice. Cut TOTALLY not what I wanted
Stylist claimed cut to young for me.
I wanted a wash and go cut ... short on top. What I got was hair that needs a 20 minute blow dry with big brush. I do not know how to do styling.
I walked out spending over 200$. I did tip stylist well due to great color job. I bought a hair product there. I walked out to my truck and cried because I hate my hair.
How and when can you fix this?? I will have to somehow cover my head until someone there can fix this .
I wanted SHORT like first picture NOT to look younger as stylist hinted at I just wanted wash, tousle and go.

It was my first time at Super Cuts Waterford Lakes; I wanted someone I didn't know to shave my head because I am a cancer patient. Satya was wonderful—extremely caring, empathetic, and very professional. I was delighted with the experience and will visit again when my hair grows back. A thousand thanks
