As with ALL nail salons you have to get the right technician. I always ask for Ana or Jenny (there's a guy there in seat 5 that does great work also). My nails are ALWAYS perfect...I show a pic and they deliver. I keep my nails short and get acrylic as opposed to dip (I don't care what anyone's read online, it's ALL bad for your nails, lol, I did dip for years...same wear on the nail). I'm in and out for a fill in an hour, when I add a pedi it's only an hour and a half.
I've been going there for 20 years and I've never had any problems with their services. I've had mani-pedi and wax. I go in as walk-in all the time and wait time is not bad (unless they are obviously busy).Even with management change, some of the staff have been working there for as long as I've been going there. They are always so friendly and accommodating.
Finally found a place that has a wide range of diversity nail styles and colors. Also great customer service experience they really know how to make you feel like royalty. Will recommend
