I put one star because there is no way of put a 0. If you are thinking of going with this company, DON'T. They are totally incompetent. They have my account completely screwed up. I have reached out to them more than 10 times to rectify and I have finally resorted to writing to them. Maybe, just maybe a competent person will read it and correct all their mistakes. If not, I'm going straight to the Florida State Attorney's division of financial regulations. Stay away from this company. Also they are somehow affiliated with PHH Mortgage Company.
