I met Shelby at a brand photo shoot years ago--she was the hair and makeup artist and the stylist for the day (yes, all three)--and I remember thinking, "Who is this magical unicorn of a human?" She was so calm, so creative, and just had this way of making everyone feel confident and at ease. I booked with her immediately after that shoot and I've never looked back. Since then, she's been my go-to for everything--cuts, highlights, color corrections, styling, makeup for big events. You name it, she's done it. And somehow it's perfect every single time. I've referred friends, family, even trusted her with my toddler's first haircut, and she handles all of it with the same warmth, patience, and professionalism. She's now basically our family glam team. Beyond her insane talent, she just gets it. She listens. She remembers your quirks. She knows how to make you feel your best without making you feel overdone or not like yourself. You leave her chair feeling a little more "you"--which is the best feeling. If I could give a million stars, I would. Shelby is the real deal--talented, kind, funny, and just such a bright light to be around. Book her. You won't regret it.
