I highly enjoyed my time at serenity spa! I got the body bliss package. I had Lizette (sp?) and she was great! It was the first time I've been in a real actual spa. I've just been to massage chains. The spa was clean and I liked the ambiance. The receptionist could have been a little more friendly and explained things better but it's fine.
Had a Couples Message with Takeisha & Lissette at Serenity Spa by Westgate. We were pleasantly impressed by both of them! Very professional and attentive! They both knew which problem areas on our bodies to concentrate on!
We also got the Back Scrub Service as well! I highly recommend that service too!

Debbie Spa Supervisor was very unfriendly. Very brash and short with me, couldn't even smile! I made a mistake booking my appointment and she wouldn't even allow me to move my deposit fee to the day I needed. Sharon, spa supervisor was very friendly! Polite and she actually smiled at us so that was nice.
