Mrs. Morales is an experience. Professionalism personified. She listens. She is direct. She has personality. And most importantly, she cares about your hair. Probably more than you do. Pauline does an incredible job—easily the most meticulous and thoughtful hair specialist I’ve seen in Central Florida! After experiences at other salons in the area where my hair was left damaged or handled carelessly, it was a huge relief to find someone who actually prioritizes the health of my hair. Pauline takes the time to use techniques that balance achieving the look you want while protecting and strengthening your hair in the process. She’s incredibly knowledgeable, careful, and intentional in what she does. I can’t recommend her highly enough!
