This location has the best dentist Dr. Alvarez. Unfortunately they are so disorganized at the front desk. They put a plan in place schedule appointments but you get there they make you wait 45 min to tell you they are doing a cleaning outside your plan. No we have a plan at the front desk they should know what that plan is and be on top of scheduling so nothing is miscommunicated. When the client gets frustrated you do not get frustrated back for errors you did in the first place. If it wasn't for Dr. Alvarez they wouldn't see me again.
