I had Roadrunner pick up a vehicle from PA to Fl on its way to my destination the driver called and asked me if I can meet him so I can get the truck from him and drive it to my destination. I advised him to bring it to me. Next thing I know the driver is driving my vehicle to my house like really! Try calling the company, you struggle to get a call back, the chat agents are never available. when they do call they’re calling to change the quote after you agree to the online quote which states NO HIDDEN FEES…

Didn’t call to set-up appointment and I’m not at warehouse every day… luckily, I called them and was made aware that the delivery was happening a day early. Otherwise, delivery driver was very nice.
