Very happy with the service. They were able to get my air-conditioning unit back up and running and work with the manufacturer to cover the part under warranty. Highly recommend. Very professional and friendly staff.
Outstanding Company! I have been using Roberts Mechanical for my air conditioner service for about a year now. They are extremely responsive, trustworthy and the best AC company I have used in the past 35 years. Technicians Andy and Kyle are fantastic. They are professional, smart and very respectful. Thanks Andy and Kyle. The office is a great staff and always a pleasure to work with. I just had an issue where the AC stopped working yesterday. David in the office was able to have Kyle come within the hour and get the unit working again.

I have a Carrier heat pump that broke down . Factory service company found a bad TXV . They told me the part was under warranty but it was backordered. I would have to wait about 30 days .That is not a good idea in Florida in the summer. I contacted RMI and am delighted to say they had me up and running in one day at less than the warranty cost of labor..
Their team is trained by the one of the best professionals in the business. Having spent some time in HVAC I know this to be 100% true. I had Andy for a tech and he was just fantastic and explained every detail as he went. Thank You RMI
