I'm pretty new so this is based on just a few visits I visited with two different doctors and I also have had a lot of help the medical assistant Jasmine who by the way is the absolute best I mean if not for her my experience would be completely different I really really appreciate Jasmine's ability to take care of my problems to deal with dumb insurance companies and pharmacies and all the like whatever you pay Jasmine it's not enough but overall I am very happy and I'm starting to get some really good results on my care so keep up the great work
I’ve been going to Rheumatology associates for over 20 years. I love my doctors, Dr Summers And PpA I can’t remember her PA’s name, Alisha Frisby. However, I have found in the last year. They’ve gone through so many personnel changes that no one seems to know what’s going on. I’ve talked to them about my insurance issues improperly bill coding) and it feels like I go away without it resolved . I can no longer see my appointments on the website and can no longer send them messages. It does not work so I can leave a voice message, but no one gets back with me. I plan to hang in there with hopes for improvement. My Drs are the best!
I could not be more satisfied with the care I have received at this facility. Dr. Fitch is my rheumatologist and I can't imagine they come any better than her. She takes time and asks clarifying questions so that she truly understands. She explains everything very thoroughly and always seems to be thinking one step ahead. The office staff is kind, polite and very efficient. The medical assistants do a great job managing communication.
