She’s very unprofessional. I booked an appointment for 4:40-5:25 pm. I was on my way to the appointment. I clicked the arrow on the Booksy app and that address attached to the arrow took me somewhere different. Literally the middle of I-4. The person who referred me to her gave her a call for me to say I’m coming but the GPS from Booksy took me somewhere else she said she WOULDN’T take me. I was gonna make it at 4:57 after rerouting. She charged me as a no show when she knew I was only minutes out and told me NOT TO COME. It’s screaming money grabbing. I would’ve arrived with 30 mins left in my appointment. I was only getting a trim it would’ve taken 15 minutes....read full review
