About a week and a half ago , lightning struck my home. I was out of power in my living room. The outlets worked in my dining room and kitchen but the lights didn’t. Thankfully, Orean H. was very knowledgeable. He came and was able to figure out the situation. Rewired the wiring as well. Arrived at my new home to find a tree took out the power. Ramtech dispatched the next day to install a new meter. Then their dispatcher called my electric company and got the power setup to be turned on too. She told them my situation and they got to it asap. They even kept me in the loop on everything so I would not worry. Talk about above and beyond. Love these guys and gals. Thank you so much from my family to yours.

After a week without power and trying to set up people to come out, Ramtech showed up and started the work immediately. Technician Alejandro/Alex assessed the problem within minutes and rewired the circuit breaker box in a short time. They will be my first call for any electrical issues. The lady in the office (I don’t remember her name) was very helpful and held up to her promises. Excellent Excellent Excellent!!!
