I had a leak from the 3rd for Unit impact my 1 floor unit and I contacted ProRestore and they were able to get someone out immediately since I had a tenant living in the property. There was significant water damage and mold. Johan and they team was able to complete Mold remediation in a few days and was quickly able to rebuild the areas that was impacted. They even referred me to a vendor that was able to test the mold levels in the unit which I appreciated. Jeremiah and Johan was very professional even when the tenant was giving us a hard time.
