This driver almost hit me TWICE today in traffic. First, they tried merging into me even after I laid it on the horn. I had to speed up to get away from them. I had to go in front of them to turn right (about a mile after the merging incident) and they didn’t brake at all. If I hadn’t almost flipped my car turning right at 40mph I would’ve been slammed into from behind. If you’re going to put your business on a van, make sure the driver knows how to drive!!!
This is the most unprofessional company I have ever seen. I had a water emergency in my apartment on 2/1. The technician came out on 2/2 to do the water extraction. He stated he would be back in two days to get the equipment that was left to complete the drying process including four fans and a big dehumidifier, and my carpet ripped up so we waited at home for him to come back. It is now two weeks later and the equipment is still in my apartment. After four phone calls with promised calls back (never received a call back) the only response we can get is we will let the technician know. We are now on two weeks that my daughter has not had access to her room. I wish there... read full review
Iam glad i found this company, tried different carpet cleaners in the past and now for the 3rd time using them and will defiantly continue to use their services . Highly recommended!Services: Upholstery cleaning
