This is the most unprofessional company I have ever seen. I had a water emergency in my apartment on 2/1. The technician came out on 2/2 to do the water extraction. He stated he would be back in two days to get the equipment that was left to complete the drying process including four fans and a big dehumidifier, and my carpet ripped up so we waited at home for him to come back. It is now two weeks later and the equipment is still in my apartment. After four phone calls with promised calls back (never received a call back) the only response we can get is we will let the technician know.
