Alex Martinez and Ray Payne came out to service our AC. Ray was very thorough, and took his time to explain everything in detail about all of the possible options within my budget. They arrived promptly and were both very professional, I couldn't be happier.
Found a leak under our kitchen sink late last night. Called Pro-Tech early this morning and they were able to send Bryce out in less than 3 hours. Bryce verified what the problem was and had it repaired and cleaned up in less than an hour. He was friendly, professional and took the time to explain everything he was doing. We asked him about our future plans for replacing the sink and Bryce was very helpful with his advice. We will definitely use Pro-Tech in the future.

Eric Jackson's service was superb!! He was professional, polite, knowledgeable, patient and he addressed all of my concerns. He arrived on time and proceeded to diagnose and repair the problem. Eric explained everything in a clear, understandable manner. In addition, he gave me a short tutorial ("what to do" and "what not to do") in case I have the same issue in the future. Eric Jackson is an outstanding representative of Pro-Tech Air Conditioning & Plumbing and I would highly recommend him without reservation.
