Have used them in the past and they've done good work. Been trying to call for 3 weeks and left messages to schedule an appointment with no call back. I guess it's time to find a new electrician!
Julio was able to come out to work on troubleshooting our outlets within a few days. When it turned out to be a more complicated problem than expected, he scheduled a larger window for the next week, came and located the problem in our wall, and came up with a solution that minimized impact to the house and was done quickly.
