They have Ricky Jackson, the Godfather of Pools, on the team and he has forgotten more than most people know about pools. Ricky is incredible and really goes the extra mile. I called him on a Friday night and he talked me through a quick fix until he could get there with the replacement part. This is a company whose people care.
