We’ve been using their pinch a penny, location for about 10 years now, and I can’t recommend them enough. To say they have both gone above and beyond to assist us with all of our pool needs major, or minor, is a massive understatement. I wish I could get that level of Customer Service treatment & competence from all of the places we do business with. We were in today and spoke to I believe a young man by the name of L.Alex at least that's what's on the sheet when he did the water test. Anyway we were there thinking we had to set up a service call our pool jet system was not working when the skimmer was turned on we also had air bubbles in our pump basket he was so very helpful , he explained to us about the O-rings on the valve handles, we took his advice we changed all the O-rings, it worked !!!! Thank you!
Great store, very helpful owners and staff. Sometimes you may get a new employee doing your water test, but one of the owners or more veteran staff is usally near by watching over things and ready to step in. My pool is generally hands off, but I have leaned on their experience when I have had issues. I try to buy from them as much as possible, it's always good to support a local business.
