Do not use this company. It has been over a year since we changed from this company and our experience as a customer and post-customer have both been poor. I was a customer for two years.As a customer, customer support is not helpful and at times very hard to get--- often holding for ten- thirty minutes until they put you automatically into voicemail. Recently, post-customer, I called and waited over one hr (one time over two hrs), three days in a row to speak to someone.... I never was able to talk to a person. It was a huge waste of time.Probably the biggest reason for caution is that after you are a customer they hold your documents hostage - W-2's, 1099's,... read full review
