I recently bought a new GMC 3500HD from Orange Buick Chevrolet. Buying a car always involves stress - it’s a lot of money, lots of paperwork and you’re always worried that you’re getting a bad deal. My purchase was complicated by the fact that I was in and out of town during the process so I relied on a lot of remote communication to complete the purchase. I have to say that the team at Orange handled everything like a champ. I have to thank Kate, who was tremendous at communication and she kept the process running. Everyone I interacted with at Orange was responsive and direct.
