Optimum Direct Care is a Direct Primary Care office in Dr. Phillips, Orlando, focused on building long-term relationships and rebuilding health. This format far surpasses typical healthcare, offering a personal touch and extended time with physicians to understand the root causes of illness. The doctors and staff are wonderful, amazing, and dedicated, providing easy communication and making healthcare simple and affordable. Patients feel supported, in better hands, and cared for, highly recommending the practice for primary care needs. The front desk and nurse are also wonderful, contributing to an experience where patients feel better about going to the doctor.
Dr. Muzzi is amazing. She’s not only an incredible healthcare provider but also an amazing person. No words could do justice to how wonderful she is and the difference she has made in my life and health. Cassandra is also incredible and has also been amazing. Even though Mavi is new she’s already shown to be a wonderful addition, too. Optimum Direct Care is what healthcare should be - focused on your overall health not just reliant on pharmaceuticals. 5 Stars aren’t enough.

The best program I have ever had and working with Dr. Muzzi has improved my health and the team there is phenomenal with care and resources. She recommends me to the best specialists and so I want to recommend her to anyone looking for a doctor that spends so much time making sure no detail goes unseen.
