Dr. Joseph’s office is very welcoming and clean. She took me on a tour of the office explaining all the services she offers and how they can help the body. Very knowledgeable and took the time to listen to my issues and didn’t rush like most offices. After one visit I felt better than the last few at my other chiropractor. If you’re 2nd guessing yours, I highly recommend this office!

After being in pain for about a month i decided to go see Dr. Alex at optimal health, Dr. Alex listened to me and asked the correct questions in order to get me adjusted and relieve the pain.Definitely worth my time and i will for sure be back as often as my schedule allows me.
