It was a great experience coming here-every single time. My mother and I are patients and have never had any problems with this office. Front desk and the technicians are spectacular. I’ve never seen an office with exceptional staff overall. Stephanie, Nicole, Haydee, and Kieu by far were the best. They managed to fix my glasses that were bent on the side and left them in great shape. If you need an office to come to, do not skip this one.
For the last 5 years myself and my 15 year old son and 11 year old daughter have been going to Optical Elegance by Joemie . Stephanie is awesome and so funny . I could see the two of us going out for drinks one night lol . The rest of the staff are great as well. I highly recommend going to this office .
My kids and I have been going to Optical Elegance by Joemie for almost 5 years . Stephanie , who is at the front desk is so sweet . We all adore her ! The Dr is great too . I highly recommend this office.
