11/10, 100/5 service. Busted my phone up bad after a hard drop and was freaking out over how expensive repair quotes were, but Hussain at One Touch fixed it up for 50$ less, AND did the whole thing in under 15 minutes. Incredible experience, wholeheartedly recommend

I had made an appointment at Asurion, and despite receiving 3 notification reminders, when I arrived, the guy did not seem to know that I had an appointment. He told me that they did not have the battery for my iPhone SE 2nd Generation, and when I asked the price, he told me it would be $89.99. While in the parking lot, I did a search and One Touch Mobile came up. I called and was told they had the battery and could replace it immediately. He was VERY friendly, VERY knowledgeable, VERY helpful, and he replaced the battery in about 10 minutes at a bench at the front counter, so my phone was never out of my sight. Plus, it only cost $60! I already told my husband to go there to get his iPhone battery replaced and would HIGHLY recommend this place to anyone I know!!
