Karol did amazing with getting our 7 months old’s ears pierced. She presented both options of piercings and explained thoroughly the steps to both leaving us to decide. During prep she kept the environment calm and took her time to make baby feel comfortable. She was patient with a constantly moving baby and poured her energy into the process. Overall the service provided was excellent.
