The only reason I’m posting this is because of the “New dedicated professionals” that have been a godsend to my roofing problems. We got hit with Ian and Nationwide was on the spot offering assistance. After a year and lots of phone calls/frustration a new team has joined. “Evan Abercrombie” assumed a difficult scenario and stepped in! Frustrated and angry he took the brunt of my hostility and calmed the situation with grace/great effort to solve my problems. He has proved himself as an empathetic, man of action(climbing up on my roof and personally painting my vent hoods to match my roof!) and confirming my satisfaction. Respect.
We contacted Nationwide over a week ago and have left two messages with the receptionist about the fact that our roof is leaking AGAIN and this time dripping rapidly out of a hole in our laundry room. We were just getting ready to hire someone to fix the ceiling after they came out 4 months ago and "fixed" the leak. We have had leaks over our shower as well and they came out 3 different times for that leak. Now there is a hurricane coming and no one has contacted us to set up a time to come out.
No issues here. Nationwide did a professional job. Showed up on time, and got the mission accomplished quickly. Even came back after to pressure-wash the driveway post-dumpster removal as -something- stained the driveway (I think it was from whatever the dumpster was used before they got it). Also made sure I have replacement shingles for spot-repairs if needed after the fact. Handled all the insurance side so I didn't have to deal with that headache either.Andrew assisted all the way through and was solid. Highly Recommend.
