The color recommended was better than imagined. Everything is great from the very beginning when contacting the salon. The whole experience is pleasant, and clients love their hair. Don’t even know where to begin!! Let’s just say I’ve went to 4 salons in Orlando, trying to just find a good fit and not have someone butcher my hair any further... twice in 4 months I went home crying because they did not understand what I was asking and gave me something so ugly and near the color of pale grey when I asked for golden and honey tones. They did such a beautiful job with my hair! Not to mention they used their expertise to guide what would be best for my specific features without damaging my hair! 10/10 would recommend.
