She messed up ours at Taxes claiming things that we didn’t want claimed on top of messing up the numbers of the claimed items. When we wanted to get her help after the irs is now auditing us she stopped responding and will not answer text/calls. After getting help from H&R Block they reviewed and determined that we are not the only people that have dealt with this issue as they also have come to H&R Block for help
