I cannot thank him enough. I purchased my house in 2022, and when I received the house it had a big issue with cockroaches. I have a phobia of insects and you can imagine how my life was. I called Me. Roland and he was so nice and respectful. I don't have any cockroaches in my house anymore. So happy with what he did.

Mr. Roland is a very punctual, organized, kind, respectful and professional person. He explained every detail of what he was doing and finished his entire work. A really reasonable price.

Cannot possibly say enough good things about Mr. Roland Pest Control, and its owner/operator Rolando Ballestero! Rolando believes in nothing less than 100% excellence in customer care, almost unheard of in this day and age.Rolando has been servicing our hours for years, first when he was the absolute best for another pest control company, and then just as soon as we found out he'd gone out on his own and started his own company.Our family does not give out accolades easily... but with Rolando, it's easy. He does exactly what he says he will do, when he says he'll do it (and always communicates if there's ever a timing issue), and always at exactly the fair price agreed...read full review
