Mr. Handyman is a class act. They were in contact with me from the minute I said yes to the work that I needed to be done. I was informed with a picture and a text of who was coming and he was on his way. Prompt!. Derek was polite, knowledgeable, communicative and a pleasure to have come work for me. Felt so bad for him though, he was in my attic, on a 99 degree day! Kept my eyes on him to make sure he was good. Had a problem, not his fault, we discussed it and came to a amicable solution. He was in contact with home base (Andrew) as well. The job, took much longer than anyone anticipated, with that and the heat I thought it would be rushed. But no! Poor Derek... read full review
Reached out to Mr Handyman for some plumbing needs. From my initial interaction with them until the final invoice, everything was completely professional and friendly. First, let me start with the fact that they reached out and offered some troubleshooting via text. When those options didn’t work, then they made some suggestions to come out and inspect, providing a rough estimate to be done, along with some “”scenarios.

These guys were great! Very accommodating to my schedule and request. They didn’t force anything on me and when he arrived, he was busting his hump. A 4 hour job in this heat and he didn’t slow down. Great work guys!
