A great 30 minute facial from Ana about a month ago!! Mosaic uses all Eminence products which is a great brand, and they offer add-ons/enhancements for any additional treatments you want! The blowout bar itself is very bright and open, loud and full of conversation. So it was such a surprise to walk into the spa room and have such silence and calm music playing! The esthetician maintained a good balance of telling me what she was doing and asking questions while also keeping it a quiet and relaxing facial. She had me wear a spa towel which allowed her to add in a little neck and shoulder massage. Highly recommend if you live anywhere near the Milk district.
Made a reservation for the mini facial to give them a try. It was extremely easy to make a reservation. The staff is extremely welcoming and great with getting everything set up. Day of; I came in and was offered a drink immediately. Great coffee by the way! Got checked in and taken back almost immediately! The facial was wonderful and relaxing! My skin was glowing! The beautician did an excellent job! She was wonderful conversation, and did well to recommend future treatment at home. The shop is extremely clean and well maintained. I love the modern Mosaic decor and the waiting room bench. Definitely a nice vibe for a Hair Studio. I definitely recommend!
Michelle is a true professional! Very personable, knowledgeable, and talented!!! So very thankful I found her. My 20yrs of black color FINALLY has found dimension...I never thought I'd have another color in my hair without extreme damage or loss! She is magic
