Be careful of keeping documentation of promises they make. I had asked about my roof needing to be replaced and if they serviced the removal and replacement of the solar panels. They had offered me a one time removal and replacement, but in the midst of spring cleanings and having a child, we lost all our documentation and they would not honor the agreement unless I showed the proof.
Also I had them do our roof replacement, which in turn they also had to remove the panels, but it took two months after the roof replacement was done before they reinstalled my panels. I also had to file with the BBB to get the attention of a manager over money owed.
Hands down great communication, very attentive, and nice people throughout the company. A special thank you to Jess. She was a sweetheart and super easy to talk to. When she talks she definitely has the passion and willingness to answer every single question you may have ! Even through some obstacles (not regarding the company aka outside sources) they always maintained good communication through email and phone !
So far everything is good tomorrow is the installation. Installation is done everything looks good so far Greg Hiatt the sale rep came on the day of installation that was good 👍🏻 nice and clean installation from momentum
