We worked with Ashley Walker on our medical real estate lease in Orlando. This is our 2nd location, and we initially thought we could just negotiate in good-faith with landlords and save everyone on cost. It turned out, landlords seemed to interpret self-representation as weakness and offered really unfavorable terms.When we brought Ashley on everything changed quickly. Ashley took our case seriously, and landlords took her seriously. She gave great guidance, and we eventually signed a lease with terms completely fair terms.
