We were former clients who left because we moved quite a distance away. Our dog started having major issues and our current vet could not work us in for 10 days so they sent us to the pricey emergency vet who said our dog needed her spleen removed and to call our regular vet because it would be around $8,000 to $10,000 cheaper with them. So we tried and it took them several hours to even get back to us. By that time we were already sitting in the lobby waiting for our appointment at Metro West because they were willing to see us! Thankfully they were able to get the surgery done before her spleen ruptured and they no doubt saved our dog's life! We are so grateful... read full review
This vet is amazing!! Dr. Collins is a great vet, he explains everything, funny, gave options, and helps make informed decisions about your pet care.
The previous vet I took my dog to was to scared and always sedated and muzled her. He made her feel confortable and she had no issues. She just likes to bark alot. :)
And the vet assistance and office staff and kind, understanding and helpful.
I would recomend this vet to anyone.
Took my little one. They were great. Took good care of her. First time she don’t pee going to the vet. Lol. They didn’t try to make up problem that didn’t exist and send me off with a fat bill. As a matter of fact they were very decent. And helpful and inexpensive. I would definitely recommend.
