Really appreciate the service and professionalism from this place. As an old-school gear head, I recognize how hard it is to find a quality, legit, shop!!! The mechanics here know their stuff and Patti is amazing with the customer service!!! I drive in excess of 1000 miles weekly, between my regular job and ride share on the side. Obviously, any down time costs me money. Patti makes sure I get in as quickly as possible, and the guys in the shop perform the service at a top-shelf level!!! Thank you, McCoy team!!!! My car got towed twice yesterday. First from i4, then from another location to home. Both times we had Isaac as our driver, and the service was excellent. Very polite, fast, and just ready to do the job. Highly recommended, very reliable!
My car died on the 429 today and I had to call
AAA for a tow....Isaac the tow truck driver who came to get my car was awesome, he kept in touch with me from the start as well as along the way, and he was there right when he said he would be... could not ask for a better tow truck driver! I give him 5 stars!!
