The service relies on customers being home during the day for indoor service, which can be challenging for those who are rarely home. There have been instances where technicians have shown up unexpectedly or not shown up at all when scheduled, leaving customers waiting. Despite these occasional scheduling issues, the company is described as very thorough, with a comprehensive plan that is executed perfectly. Manny and Thurman, in particular, have been praised for their excellent service, patience, and clear communication.
Pest Control Quarterly is a great deal and a great product, but I wish my technician was more on-schedule and communicated better. It seems that service relies on you being home during the day to do indoor service, but I rarely am and need to schedule appointments for it to be done. They’ll tell me they’re coming Thursday and they’ll show up a day early when I’m not home, so they can’t complete service. I don’t mind them being an hour or so late when they communicate, but I have had multiple instances in my 2+ years with them where they don’t show up at all when they said they would, leaving me to stay home all day waiting for nothing.
I had issues let’s just say ! And who wants them but out here it happens .the company is very thorough and has a whole plan and they executed it perfectly . Manny the service man really excellent! He came out worked with me on this problem for a month and everything‘s gone. Thurman also was very helpful he explained to me and was really patient with me on the phone ! A good company great service! Ask for manny to come to your place !
Mr Angel Santiago is very professional, he spoke clearly and provided his observations. I appreciate his instructions on how to look out for the termites and other helpful instructions.
