I used Purchased a Generac Home Generator from Marcope. Every thing was just fine until something broke on the generator. It went out right before Hurricane Ian.They did a great job with the install and the serviceman was also just fine. However when it came time to get the generator repaired they get a huge zero. I suggest you shop somewhere else. Their screwup was so bad someone in management should have called me and corrected the problem. Instead crickets....Service: Electrical power restoration

Not complaining about the work that was done. Complaining about them not calling me back about the open permit they have on my home. No one ever answers the phone and the 1 time Mark Cross called me back he informed me he needed to speak with Tony Harlow, that was over a month ago. Tony and his helper arrived promptly and got right to work installing my JuiceBox car charger. I asked that they install the plug I provided which they gladly accommodated. They even drove off to buy a face plate when I failed to provide that. The box is mounted securely beside my breaker box and the work area is cleaner than when they started. I dread calling in electricians because I always feel they take advantage of me, but these guys treated me with respect and professionalism! I will absolutely use them again for some inside lighting projects!Service: Electric car charger installation
