Got a great deep tissues massage from Hilary and it was amazing. I had a bunch of knots in my shoulders which took a lot of pressure to get out. Truly deep tissue! I got lucky and was able to book a last minute appointment less than 24 hours in advance, which was a relief because I really needed a day to relax. Bonus points was that there was a discount offer happening when I visited which helped cover the gratuity. While there isn't a soaking area the seated area was nice and spacious with the ability to sit indoors and outdoors. "Casper" my Masseuse was wonderful. She explained everything when she needed too and specifically after I was finished also the products she used that helped me with my neck!
What a lovely facility with amazing staff! We got a couples' massage, then spent the rest the day bopping between the sundeck, temple room, and steam room. We had a small issue with our method of payment, but Charlene and Lisa at the front desk were so sweet and helpful. They made sure to resolve everything for us before we left. All the staff were great at checking in with us to see if we needed anything. Such a great experience. We can't wait to come back!
