As Realtors with over 13 years experience in our area, we’ve worked with dozens of different local contractors and seen hundreds of flip properties. On a recent fix and flip of our own personal property, Magnet provided us with one of the finest finished products we’ve seen in our market and at a considerably lower cost than we were quoted by the competitors. Adrian and his team were extremely responsive and very well prepared for every little issue that came up along the way. They handled an enormous list of repairs, including complete renovation of the kitchen and two baths, drywall and ceiling repairs, all new electrical wiring plus outlets plus fuse box, and all new flooring throughout. They made even made changes to the interior layout of the property for us. Adrian and his team coordinated their efforts with out AC contractor, our plumber, and our roofer as well, which made the entire process extremely simple for us. We were so impressed, we have Magnet as the only contractor on our list to call for some additional remodeling on a family members home nearby. Absolutely outstanding results, professional, responsive, reliable estimates, and very competitive pricing. I don’t even know what else we could ask for!
