We came to John with a list of what I thought was competing considerations figuring if he hit 75% of them we'd be happy. The design that he presented absolutely knocked it out of the park. He took into account the ascetics of the neighborhood, local wildlife, etc. The design was just incredible. He also worked directly with our HOA to ensure that everything was up to their requirements. Once the project started he gave us a 2 week estimate (it was a big renovation) and they finished right on time. The crew was through and respectful. In fact, at the same time the cable company came to relay some wires and Manny (John's foreman) made sure the crew buried the cable and added protective covers. It was little touches like that just blew us away.Bottom line is that we are going to be singing their praises for years to come!
