First time coming into a Esporta gym n Orland Fl. Originally a Long Island,LA fitness member. My daughter and I wanted to start our first year of the first day working out together. As soon as we came in to the gym, we were greeted with smiles and enthusiasm. A beautiful woman name Irene approached us and asked us if we were OK? Like most women, I feel very awkward and unsure in the gym. I have past injuries and conditions. I first was hesitant to ask for help. Irene is an angel on earth! You could feel her positive energy, her love for exercise and most importantly, she’s very knowledgeable. I have really bad knees Irene showed me exercise I’ve never seen before....read full review

To start with, I have three clubs in my vicinity. 408 is near my house and Conway is near my job. However I choose to go out of my way to go to S Goldenrod. It’s hands down the cleanest club! Kodos to Lourdes (the cleaning goddess) I know it’s not easy to keep everything clean, all day long, but when you come in the morning, it should look the cleanest, I can say that S Goldenrod is clean no matter what time I go. The other two, not so much. Lourdes should train the other cleaning people. ??‍♀️
